Mark Nordgren founded Bella Faux Finishes in 2005. The love and passion for “Imported Italian Venetian Plaster” is what makes this profession so enjoyable.

As one of the few, in the United States, that have been “Trained and Certified at the School of Italian Plaster”, I feel blessed to have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and apply the ancient techniques that have been passed on for hundreds of years.

The Philosophy, Mindset, and Passion, that were the core belief of each and every “Master Plaster Artisan” is the key to understanding the Italian Finishes.

In Italy, a day of work for a “Master Plaster Artisan” was not just going to a regular job. It was a love for the Italian Plasters. They were creating a work of art that would bring prominence to their city for years to come.
