Today, this dream has become a reality. Today, we are fortunate, to be asked to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout Sioux Falls, South Dakota and the Midwest.

Each new Residential Construction, Office Building or Restaurant Project is unique, and presents a different challenge, incorporating the dramatic effects of... "Italian Venetian Plaster" and the "Italian Finishes".

Urban Historic Preservation - A fun project we were excited about working on, was a historical restoration of a prominent, early 1900's home, in the Historic District of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

The detailed preservation of this dramatic home is an example of what can be accomplished, to save this historic period and style of American Architecture.

The homeowner's decision to introduce, imported Italian Venetian Plaster finishes, throughout the home, has created a "Gallery of Interior Design Effects".

The detailed layering of "Italian Finishes" has created a finish that is visually translucent in appearance, smooth to the touch, with the effect of a polished marble or granite.

Unlike today's faux finishes, where faux finishers will add wax to try and simulate the dramatic Italian Venetian Plaster effect, imported Italian Venetian Plaster from Verona, Italy needs no wax. Italy's native ingredients of aged lime plaster and pure marble flour, literally turn this finish back into stone. You have to see it.... Amazing!
